E&T was founded in 1989. With corporate believes of "Practical, Trust, Innovation, Reliable" and the effort of whole employees, sales have continued to grow rapidly since it was founded and we have been providing customers reliable quality products with innovative technologies.
Currently E&T has production bases in Xinzhuang of Taipei, East China of Suzhou, and South China of Dongguan and continues to expand production capability and increases equipments for atomization. Our products include a variety of precise terminals, connectors, sockets, application wires, etc. used in the 3C industry (computer components, communication devices, and consumer electronics). Moreover, our various products such as board to board, wire to board and FPC connectors are widely used in the local and overseas market.

In the future, E&T will continue pursue new knowledge, innovate the principles of R&D, and continue providing customers good quality products. We will also connect with the world with an open view to satisfy and create market needs, increase product value added and increase company competitiveness.

HISTORY

1989

E&T was founded in 1989Established at Taipei , Taiwan , Main business: Molding tools design and Manufacturing .

1991

Company expansion relocation facility to Taipei, Wu-Gu Industry Park, Imported the precision injection molding machines and quality inspection equipments. Expansion business into many the plastics molded parts contract business .

1992

Company opened additional assembly facility at Timson Industry Park, At the same time enhance R&D on integrate semi-and fully automatic production lines. Started connector sales business .

1993

ENTERY Industrial Co., Ltd. was founded , the total paid-up capital was $5,000,000 NTD.
Developed variety of connector product line series , Passed the UL registered . At the same time , Started ODM , OEM business with the United States company .

1994

Completed management computerizes networking . Successful developed Fine-Pitch Connector , SMD type . ( The success of this R&D project has given the company capability to develop sophisticated precision connector product in the future ) .

1995

Started ISO 9000 Quality Assurance Management System . Establish E&T label connector , Successful introduces into the market . Our product has been selected and used in major computer manufactures from Taiwan , Japan , USA , Germany and etc .

1997

Get the BSI registered ISO 9000 certification . The company continues to maintain and improve the Quality Assurance Management System .

1998

In order to satisfy our customer needs, We implement JIT system to provide best services to our customers . Open new facility in DongGuan of Guan Dong province , China. ( E&T Electronics ( Dong Guan ) Company Limited ) .

1999

Increased the capital to $ 10,000,000 NTD
Headquarter expansion and relocated to Hsien Chung city . Centralize the management between Shan Choung and WuGu facility.

1999

The main purpose is to re-engineering internal management to meet the market changes .

2000

Invested and set up E&T Electronics (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. to satisfy the customer demand immediately and expand customer service based on the service principle.

2001

E&T ELECTRONIC CO., Ltd.(BVI) was established.
The capital increased to $ 69,300,000 NTD

2002

Suzhou and Dongguan E&T all set the second factory .and in Suhzou’s second factory establish the FFC Manufacture Center.

2003

Completed supplementary procedures for classification as a public company, the capital increased to $ 326,000,000 NTD.
Imported ERP system of QAD in order to strengthen company resources use and conduct effectively..

Established ShiHua Precision Electronics (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. In Kunshan Ba City , mainly manufacture mold groups of the surrounding computer box.

2004

Capital Increased by Cash and issued 2,000,000 shares of common stock in Jan, it issued $35 NTD per share at a premium, a total of $70,000,000 NTD.
Reinvested Pro-Tech Precision Holding Inc. and established Kunshan plant in Mainland.

TV/LCD, LED and Back-light connector had been completed developments continually.
In addition, it made a patent application to introduce into Domestic and foreign panel customers comprehensively

2012

0.5 pitch& back Flip-lock type of FPC had been completed developments, and it introduced to Domestic and foreign customers relative to products of tablets.
Dongguan plant passed Sony Green Partner Training formally,

2013

0.3 pitch& front Flip-lock type of FPC had been completed developments, and it introduced to Domestic and foreign customers relative to products of cellular phones.
Established an office to develop and service clients nearby in Beijing,

2014

Got into VCM market , developed and produced sucessully.
