New staff training
| 1. General Training | Organized by the Department of management, instructed new staff in a group class or tutored individually at an appropriate time, so that new staff could understand the organization including the mission of work, personnel system and labor safety and health. |

Professional Training | The persons engaged in inspection and testing to verify the staff and all the process of production equipment and technical personnel to operate it before put into work, it must implement the work directed by the employer or professional training before the post (including outsourcing training) and after passing the examination before being put into the work. |
