Since founded in 1989 from tooling design and development to product marketing with own brand and from Taiwan to China and then all over the world, E&T has accumulated customer experience from different markets. From the customer experience for more than 20 years, products have expanded to different types from connectors to systems, and customers have expanded to different types from white brand to OEM business. E&T understands the needs of different customers and has also grown at the same time by passing different customer’s certifications, and the growth still continues.

With products which have changed from pitch 1.25mm/high 3.0mm to pitch 0.3mm/high 0.9mm and multi-contact products and staff from tooling development when first founded in Taiwan to current product R&D team in China and Taiwan, E&T has continuously invested in and insisted on the R&D in the professional technical field so that the company can get to accumulate the development and manufacturing related technologies of the products needed in related application markets on the direction of products with high precision and high transmission.

 

Our Direction of Development

On the existing technical foundation of the company in accordance with the big amount of customers and market needs, we continuously move on the development direction of more precise, more rapid, and more cost effective advantages. We inherit the experience of development of precise products and manufacturing process optimization, actively participate in seminars for industrial standards, and get ODM and JDM businesses to learn the experience of product specificaiton making and finally set up company standards for production specification, product certification and product quality in a hope to get out of the frame limited by labor and scale.

We base on current products with advantages and add in product comprehensiveness in a hope to reach the goal of providing customers a total solution instead of a single product sale. We strictly implement the test standards against environmental pollution and hazardous substances for material use, manufacturing process and production output and therefore establish the new object of energy-efficiency and CO2-reduction as the responsibility corporate should do for the earth.
