With the effort of the R&D team, E&T has increased the value added for various products and developed products with broader application such as products with narrower pitch and lower height, customized connectors and other connecters for special application, and will focus on a variety of modular products, development of ME/EE integrated connectors which combine and integrate electric signal processing components and connectors so that to create new products with high value added.

E&T will also deliberately and efficiently evaluate other new products with R&D and innovation capability leading the industry through the labor division of the team in the R&D center. We have granted the worldwide approval on the technology of electric precision components through the cooperation experience with global companies.

Future Product Development Plan Short-term Object

Short-term Object	1. Product development focusing on various connectors with low height, narrow pitch and customized connectors for 3C industrial application. 2. Develop based on existing middle, low and high end products and bring in alternatives to lower cost and improve product capability.
Mid-term Object	1. Products development will focus on connectors for consumer electronics and communication products. 2. Development for application connectors with high frequency, high signal transmission speed and high bandwidth transmission.
Long-term Object	1. Product development will focus on integration of various electric devices, modular products and connectors for a variety of special application. 2. Develop connectors for existing electric devices, develop products with high reliability which can stand high/low temperatures, vibration, etc., and develop connectors which can be used on devices for aerospace／military／cars, etc. to expand the applied functions of existing connectors.
